- Zero to Landfill Disposal Service: For non-saleable items, we manage the complete disposal and recycling process. We provide a fixed-price quote upfront and guarantee all items are handled ethically and in an environmentally responsible manner.

Q. How do Evoque services work?
A. Our process is simple and efficient, designed to maximise value and sustainability:
- Instruction – We can accept instructions from insurers, surveyors, loss adjusters, TPA's, cargo and ship owners.
- Collection – We arrange collection directly with the Policy Holder, ensuring a smooth and timely pickup.
- Sale / Disposal –
- Resale Service: The case closes after the sale, and the insurer receives the full amount minus costs and Evoque’s fee.
- Disposal Service: Our quote covers removal from site, on-site project management, and ethical recycling/ disposal.
- Return / Closure – For resale cases, the insurer receives payment promptly. For disposal cases, the site is cleared responsibly, ensuring zero to landfill compliance.

The Evoque salvage process is a no cost innovative solution, serving the insurance industry since 2015. Once Evoque are appointed, the whole process is dealt with from collection to sale, working on the insurers behalf to maximise value and reduce losses.
If items are not eligible to be resold, for instance if they are too badly damaged, are hazardous or have brand protection restrictions, Evoque will activate the global recycling network in order to facilitate responsible disposal and ensuring nothing is diverted to landfill.
This process includes:

Coffee Beans
A shipment of 129,250 lbs of raw green coffee beans had been held in storage for over eight months following reported water damage in transit. Our team was instructed to manage the disposal and recovery process.
Within 30 days of instruction, we carried out a detailed survey to assess the extent of the damage and prepared a comprehensive report for our established buyer network. Using our market knowledge and relationships, we quickly secured competitive offers and facilitated the sale.

Recycling Project
Evoque received an instruction regarding a container of rugs that had sustained water damage during transit. Following an assessment to determine salvageability, we proposed a zero to landfill solution, ensuring the items were recycled and disposed of ethically.
This approach also supported brand protection requirements, with all labels removed and securely destroyed.

Garden Stock
After a fire broke out, garden stock was damaged as a result. Evoque was instructed to assess whether the stock could be salvaged and to oversee the process. This involved compiling a full inventory list, capturing images, and conducting a site visit to determine the most appropriate course of action, either resale or recycling.
Following assessment, a resale approach was agreed upon. After accounting for all associated costs, including labour, storage, and transportation, a return was successfully generated for the insurer.
